When strolling
through the streets
Water drops fell
Soon drops
swelled into full scale showers
Rain, rain! Thanks
for loving me,
coming down to
soak and cool
The Sun
porched me
Rain, rain don’t
go away
Be here on the
same day
When I venture
and move about
It is pleasing
to sense the cooled up air,
to see the
streams and rivulets on the streets
a sense to
feel , a sight to watch!
Drenching in
rain is ok for me
As I withstand
rain
Thanks to right
eating and staying fit
Rain , rain divest
not all your showers
in empty
forests, hot deserts, seething oceans,
undwelled
islands, territories
Spread your
wings to barren sky-looking stretches,
green fields,
catchment areas,
cities, towns
, villages all alike
Rain , rain
stop not with today
Come back ,
come often
Yea, keep coming!
To quench the
thirst of the fields,
Grounds,
people
Whenever ,
wherever in need
Thank you rain
for the today’ s showers

All the season
