Enjoying the thrilling moments of the New Year!

A new year dawns each  year
Reminding  a  revolution around the Sun
Starting January 1 to December 31
To arrive at the New January 1

Riding  piggyback on the shoulders of time
Cherishing , enjoying , expecting
the nearing  hours to Midnight
Getting all ready for count down to catch the moment
Of the stroke of the second after Mid Night
Yay! A new year moment is to be born!

When the moment is born
Hugs, kisses, handshakes of dear ones , pals
All break out sending the whole atmosphere
With shouts and greetings of New year,
The party ensues whole night and beyond
And rolls on to the first week of the year too

Happy New year! Happy New year! Happy New year!
Cell phones and tvs join the party and fun
Messaging and displaying greetings to dears and onlookers
A grand new year has arrived
Yea a brand new year!

Was there, were there no new year/s before or ever?
There was  and there were new year/s
It ‘s  time to move on hopes , expectations
Of brighter days than the year that rolled back into the past
filled with glory or misery

A new year is new year no beating it!
Let your lives prosper, let your dreams come true,
Let the whole world and universe prosper sinking all differences
Between peoples, places and nations
Come on , come on , come on!
It is new new new year, enjoy, celebrate in full!
HAPPY NEW YEAR! HAPPY NEW YEAR! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

She is an angel who came as a storm!

She is an angel
Who came as a storm
Taking my breath away
Sweeping me off the feet
Stealing the heart
Still Nothing hurts me
All falling on me as fragrant flowers!

Her presence exhilarates
Filling her memories
Into my soul, heart and whole being
Her absence leaves a yearning
Squeezing my heart and soul
Yet I feel them all as travails of sweet love!

She is a magic
Weaving the web of magical love
I remain blissfully entranced in it’s hold
Savoring the moments of a lifetime,
Time after time , day after day, year after year
The storm rages on
Still swaying me as a gentle breeze
In it’s everlasting spell , Amen!
