She is not scholarly, yet flowerly

She is not scholarly yet flowerly
The looks,her feel, smoothness,
The radiance, the brilliant color, the heavenly scent
around her  complete the floweryness

She is not scholarly means not
She is uneducated, she indeed
Highly educated, qualified yet
More womanly, more gracious, more flowery

It’s just that the flowery her
Overtakes the scholarly her
A pleasant  presence to be with
Her scholarly brilliance then registering

She is flowerly yet scholarly
Is the reverse to get to know
When she opens up with her knowledge
The brilliance she displays

The flowery her still dominant
It doesn’t matter if she is not scholarly
Are there not rustic beauties
In the un educated, not so well educated lot?

The fact remains woman is flowerly
Whether scholarly or not so scholarly
She as a woman surpasses all the flowers
Acknowledged by all flowers, that’s she!

Angel glowing in the dark

She sat in the dark room
The day was about to break
She lit up the darkness
With her eyes glittering, smile bewitching
The Angel glowing in the dark

Her classic outlines , features
Mesmerizing , mystical
Turning the room alive
With the first lights still to come
That’s her magical presence

She repeats the magic
When dusk engulfs the day
Shining in the dark before the
Night lights switched on
Day break or dusk she glows

She shines in diffused mellow light
Not glaringly bright on the eyes
Soothing , comforting the eyes, the soul
Her presence permeates into the inner being
In sublime brilliance to see the inner light

She is uplifting, ascending the soul
Integrating the souls together
A noble passage beckons for the ascension
Into the universe with her light shining
Into the blank void, amidst stars, galaxies ever rising

One person, too many…

One person …. too many
Intriguing? Wait ! it unfolds…
for gifted one person, too many personalities
for the unfortunate one person,  too many worries
for a leader one person , too many tasks to fulfill

for a learner in life one person, too many to learn
for a poet , writer one person , too many to write
for a mischievous one person,  too many lovers!
For a wander luster one person, too many places to go
For greedy one person, too many desires to satiate

For sciencey  one person, too many to discover, invent
For peace seeking one person, too many searches to find
For noble hearted one person, too many avatars
For adventurers one person, too many challenges
For positive hearted, one person too many possibilities

Mundane life is all about one person, too many
Contented, spiritual life is all about inner peace
A single source to seek within, to realize
When that is achieved too many is within reach
For the wisdom is limitless, vast as the universe!

Science is my agenda, poetry my magenta!

Science is my inspiration , purpose, motive
The propelling force to study, theorise, act
Science remains a guiding principle to contribute my mite
Poetry lends color to life, colour to thoughts, colour to Science
Yea science is my agenda, poetry my magenta!

Magenta most alluring color , favorite color to many
Coloured like pink rose, poetry makes things rosy
Agenda rhymes with magenta, poetry goes with science
Science comes into it’s fold making a science poetry
Agenda gets magenta the rosy pink color super!

Science itself colorful with atoms,cells,blood,light,nebula,stars,
Galaxies, blue skies, milky white clouds, oceans, silvery
Waterfalls all have the science of their own, tales of their own
What science catches by wits poetry matches with imagination
Painting in colorful words the magenta working in full  bloom

Studying , sharing, contributing all make science my agenda
Coloring emotions, love, nature in words make poetry magenta
Im happy with science, happy with poetry , still more happy
When poetry embraces science dishing out a delicious recipe
To taste, enjoy , cherish, go science go, go poetry go!

Thank you Sun, our own star

In the night sprawling the dark sky
Billion stars blink their distant lights
When the day light seeps in, the stars fade, vanish,
Rises the day time star bathing all in dazzling light
Thank you Sun, our own star, you matter most of all stars

You bring the much needed light for the activities
Energy for the world, the plants to make food
Without you we will never get to see the world in splendor
In all the vibrant colors, thank you for the day,
Thanks for pulling our Earth, us around you

Spinning us around, alternating into night and day
To take rest, sleep ,wake up afresh, carry on chores in the
nature’s arrangement to flourish life on the blue marble
being the nature’s own nuclear reactor generating
the energy, the much needed light to reach us

Reactions inside you to keep going billions of years,
Keep life going on here for as long as you burn
When you swell out into a red giant on burn out
Engulfing the blue marble and beyond we shall perish
That’s eons away, till then we shall thrive, thank you Sun!

Let go the flowery missile!

Cupid unleashes arrows of love
On the lover from the love bow he carries
Is the common belief from the olden days
Poetry is akin to the cupid arrows,a flowery missile
Let go the flowery missile!

Right words at the right places, right moments
Fall sweet on the ears of readers, listeners
Tasting most palatable dish, sweet, spicy,
With all six tastes of food a gourmet’s delight
The Poet launching them as cupid on the poetry lovers

The deadly war missiles come piercing the wind
Exploding with a deafening sound, wounding,
Destructing, demolishing the beings, buildings alike
The flowery poetry missiles come in contrast
Whistling sweetly to land ,explode spewing flowers

Poetry missile harms no one, soothes all and sundry
It’s magical potion, heart stealing music, delicious dish,
Most colorful flower with choicest aroma, the chilly waterfall,
Be ready for the launch let go the flowery missile!
Whishh.., whirr.., splash! bloom!

N.B: - my poetry page is titled "Let it go!(the flowery missile). This poem comes as the title song, title card for my poetry page.

Pink city living, pink rose loving, pink gal!

High fashion, High style,
The floating mesmerizing eyes
Set her apart from the crowd
Cynosure of all eyes, the gal excellent!
Pink city living, pink rose loving, pink gal!

Perfectly built with no inch in excess
Staying in shape, the envy of all gals
Looking younger than the younger she
A mature gal ,oh la! A bubbly teen!
she moves about sending all in tail spin

Dressed in traditional or modern costumes
She looks best , looks fabulous
Costumes getting a new look for themselves
Adorning, wrapping around her in thankfulness
New costumes waiting to be born for her

Rich gal in rich taste on science, space, astronomy
Pride of the city she lives, pride of the rose she wears
A sprightly pink gal in dazzling hue
It’s a pride knowing her, penning her into the verse
A musical delight, perfect symphony, grand bliss!
