It's pleasing wind outside the door

It’s summer time, close to midnight
I step outside the door for fresh air
Wowrey! It’s pleasing wind outside
High wind yet chill, breezy
Ahh! Eyes close savoring  the wind

Caressing, flying around me
The legs, hands, body all feel the wind
Gently touching and flying around them
Never before felt such breeze
So soothing, lulling, heart touching

Weather site says 16 Kilometre wind
Is 16 km speed all that takes to a blissful breeze?
Hey wind! you came from the skies
Or from the heaven itself?
It’s so nice to feel you on me

No sea here, or river in the vicinity
Yet high winds move from the
Low pressure bay over the oceans
No lightning, no thunder, no rain
It’s a perfect peaceful wind to savor!

Come wind! come again,
Day after day, night after night
Fly around peacefully cooling
The air, indoors, all around
You are pleasing, pleasing all the way!

N.B: Wowrey is some kind of combination wow and rey a hindi exclamatory word!

Slow paced, slow mooded rain!

As predicted in a weather site
Of a thunder storm with light rains
Right after getting dark
Thunder and lightning started
For one hour no rain still their play

Wind gained speed, gradually
Tiny droplets came swirling down
Droplets grew in size slowly drops big enough
Yet not big enough to be a shower
A slow paced, slow mooded rain!

It’s pleasing wind outside the door
Yet the blinding lightning bit frightening
With deafening thunder, rain enjoyable
Though slow paced, slow mooded
A gentle lulling rain!

The rain continued in the same slow vein
Continuing more than a hour
Me watching, enjoying, counting the time
Slowly the droplets stopped ending the
Slow rain, still cooling a hot summer night

The slow rain came as a blessing
In the hot summer night to cool
Rain is welcome, drizzle, slow
Or shower as gift from the heaven
A rain is a rain,thank you ! Keep coming!

The pony tail gal

She is one lucky amongst
Those bestowed with long lustrous hair
The long hair providing liberties to plait,
Hang it as it is down to the knees, or pony tail
She is a pony tail gal!

Her shampooed fragrant hair
More flexible and groomable
She made it into a pony tail
Her pony tail is a special of her lending her
more charm than other pony tail gals

Pony tail also called horse tail
As it takes the shape of the horse tail
Unlike loose hair it is made into a bunch
Sways in the wind, captivating the eye
Stealing the heart no end!

Pony tail makes her a super super gal
Amongst those lucky ones with lustrous hair
She is special, her pony tail is so special
A treat to the eyes, lifting the moods
Desiring her company all the time

Pony tail is happy tail, heart warming tail
May the pony tail keep on growing
Enabling her more liberties in pony tail styles
Long live her, long live her pony tail
Here I am forever enjoying her pony tail!

Living the love!

Her figure was hazy in distant dream
She grew clear as the dream came close
Still she was out of bounds, unreachable
Till she materialised sitting beside me
All for real! Living the love!

To inhale her fragrance
To touch her, feel her silkiness
The gold mine is all mine!
Still doubts lingering I pinch myself
Ah! It is for real as the pinch registers!

Living the love is succeeding in love
Cherishing, tasting every moment
Spent in company with her in love
Talking to her, walking with her
Hugging, kissing her in delight

A flying angel in luminous sky
Landing on my lap as feathery bird of love
Angels do come to Earth
To bless, be with the love
To live the love, love the life!

In poems words keep company!

Besides love, nature all other things
In poems words keep company
To lift them, jilt and rhyme
To make the poem peppy,
Tingly, tangy, zing thing!

Right words at the right places
Make the poems tick,
To win head nods, likes, wows
Without them poems will be dull, drab
Words the poems’ ingredient tasty masala!

Right words come at the right moods
When the mind is pregnant and ready
To outpour a poem spontaneously
Enacting a super lined symphony
To touch the hearts, shake the heads

Words flow, poems outpour
In company with the trumpeters
Making them louder to reach the
Soulful, eager listeners
Go words!  Go poems! In glory!

Summer drinks

Summer means scorching hot
Temperatures soar dizzyingly vertical
Put the body on a simmering furnace
Suffocating, sweating, energy sapping
It’s time for summer drinks

Lest the summer drink away your energy
Gulp down choicest natural cool drinks
Butter milk, tender coconut, sugar-cane,fruit juice,
Lemon juice, water melons, earthen pot water
Keep naturally cool with summer drinks

Artificially chilled drinks do appear soothing
Yet unhealthy for the stomach and digestion
Say no to artificial chill drinks say yes to
Natural cool summer drinks, stay cool,
Stay healthy, pass off summer in comfort

Summer drinks are heavenly, nature’s
blessings to stave off summer blues
Drink one, drink all as the occasion suits
Even the heights of summer is of no concern
When backed with summer drinks, true indeed!

What the teddy bear gals do with the teddy bear?

The teddy bear is a child for all purposes to the
Teddy bear gals, holding it in the waist
Lifting and kissing it, talking to it
Hey teddy!  Are you hungry here is your food
Placing the food on it’s mouth

Making the teddy to lie down beside them in bed
Hugging them cozily as a harmless companion
The teddy bear no doubt a child
It also brings out the child in the teddy bear gals
For they play like child with the teddy

The teddy gals stitch dresses for the dear teddys
Very colourful and tasteful so nice and sweet
If only the teddy has a real speaking tongue
It would be much pleased to say how
Happy it is pampered by the teddy bear gals

For those all without a real child
The teddy is a real boon to hold
Sing lullaby, rear as a sweet child
The teddys are buddys forever
Just as the teddy gals are!
