I’m no kamban, no kannadasan, I'm no Wordsworth, no Percy B Shelley!

 

I’m no Kamban, no Kannadasan,

I’m  no Wordsworth, no  Percy  B Shelley

So no poetic bigwig

Yet I ‘m one humble Mohan Sanjeevan

Making a mixed recipe of

Romance, sports, humor, nature, science,

Etc., all ingrained together

Placing before you as poetry

With head somewhat held high

Those who like may read and enjoy
few or many  may ridicule

Kind enough some ones

May appreciate and give a pat

On the shoulders,

All else may employ a double lock

To keep the poem out of their minds

Braving,it may hold it’s head high proud

Flying the flag of victory loud

What’s  the verdict of time

Let’s wait and see, thanks
