Welcome New Year, time for new hope

The stroke of midnight, the bell tolls informing

Earth’s one more revolution around our Golden sun

Firecrackers erupt spewing sparks of light

in the night dispelling the darkness ushering in

a new year, welcome new year, it’s time for new hope

Time and space has flowed sweeping aside

The good, bad and ugly of year gone

Sweeping not under the carpet to surface later

All hopefully gone in full, without any bitter traces

Paving the way for a new hope, new beginning

New hope for peace and happiness

For all the blokes, families, communities, nations

New hope for the less privileged, poor and needy

New hope for those working for their welfare

Hopes are eternal yet these hopes spring afresh

Let there be new hope the humanity’s divisions perish

Let there be new hope to work for humanity’s raise

Stashing all hatred, enmity into the dust pin

the year gone be that dust pin stashed away

emptied and burnt without trace, amen!

Glory to new year, glory to one and all

Welcome, welcome, welcome new year

Dance, sing, slice cakes to give away to one and all

Cheers, cheers all around all around the world

Time for the stars

It’s night, pitch dark
Clouds have thankfully drifted off to wee wee lands
Sky is all clear, twinkling night flowers
Have blossomed for all to gaze upon, see
Time for the stars!

Star gazers time, the universe seekers time
Sky is the gateway to stars
Stars are the gateway to universe
To record through telescopes, study, assimilate
The cosmic spectacle unfolding it’s story

Nights after nights observations have catalogued
Stars, galaxies, black holes, neutron stars,
Pusars, quasars, exo planets
Raising the ever increasing curiosity of finding
Life elsewhere in the universe, in far far off planets

Can we travel to the stars
Land on exotic planets
Live on the so far cosmic wilderness
Is the question popping up upper most
On the mind, seeking answers we probe on

There we go or not we are still fortunate
to peek into the past seeing stars being born,
grow, outlive and extinct aided
by the light years differences to see into the past
yea there goes the time for stars time after time!

Nano, nano, awesome nano!

Nano is dwarf in Greek

In science it's one billionth of a meter

We all see matter in the world at macro level,sizing it

down to atoms,building matter from them is nano scale

that’s more more atoms in the same surface than before

At the nano level quantum mechanics

Takes over from claasical physics

Rendering awesome properties to materials

Just harder, stronger, more effective

There emerges nano, nano, awesome nano!

Targeted delivery of nano capsules invade Cancer cells

alone destroying leaving healthy cells untouched,

nano implants to absorb infrared killing cancer cells,

nano sensors to detect from drop of blood, urine or breath,

Nano medical ways are just awesome!

In gadgets, tvs, cell phones, computers

Components, circuits made at just molecular level

Packing enormous amount of components increasing speed,

Efficiency, shrinking the size of the tvs, cell phones, computers et al.,

Yea nano is awesome packing more components in tiny space

Nano batteries,solar cells,cosmetics, nano filters

may all shrink in size yet adding to longer storage, efficiency

Think of shrinking size with more packing

There comes in nano, nano the awesome nano!

A boon to miniaturising, multiplying result, awesome!

Some questions to god

My small brain kicks up some sensible questions

Big rousing questions indeed to put to god

Had I been an atheist there would be no questions

For an athiest believes in no god, a nice guy to god!

I am a believer, questions keep popping up naturally

That doesn’t mean I am not nice to god

For me god is a friend a bosom pal!

I ask the way a friend asks a friend

Ok here I go! Hey god! you are omniscient,

Omnipotent, omnipresent then why?

Why I get ugly inhuman thoughts

Why people hate, fight, war with each other

Why some are born rich, some poor

Why some beautiful, some ugly

Why something evil thrives when good strives

You all powerful present everywhere

Can you not make good all that disparities?

You all knowing, you not know how to?

Well, listen! All that bad, ill luck are evil, karma

All happening due to a grand game played

All over the world, all over the universe

Mind is a devil that plays the evil

Transcend into the soul where evil is absent

Has no voice and say in your deeds

See within, see that light bathing you, aware!

You yourself godly, realise the soul,

Realise the god, you are omniscient,

Omnipotent, omni present now

Now you have that power to turn bad to good

God’s answers enlighten? Or questions still linger?
