Why do I write?

Love and lure of Science,

Urge to share and reveal it,

Concern for my fellow beings,

Drive to focus on their plight,

Joy and delight of Nature, romance,

All sparking inspiratory bursts

Concocting a heady brew

I write!

The imprints saved in memory

Joining the flow of thoughts,

Unleashed by a lightning,

On the moment downpour

Disgorging the heady brew

I write!

A self-made original brew

Uncopied and unpirated,

The trademarks, brands and copyrights

All come ingrained in the way

I write!

Science angel’s magnetic pull,

Mother nature’s pristine beauty,

Concern for the poor brethren’s

Untold sufferings, my own romance,

Millions , trillions of all those in love,

All get a voice through me

So I write!

The inspirations ensure

it is no perspiration,

Yes writing is no sweat it is sweet!

Sweet shared with others

So I write!
