Poverty,hunger will be gone if only ….

Like all world caring idealists

I too dream a world where there is no war

No poverty, hunger with all living happily

With good health and wealth

Poverty,hunger will be gone if only ….

All come together helping those in need

By sharing just a portion of their excess wealth

To nourish the malnourished

If only wars for greed, religion

or for just asserting supremacy drop dead

Like never ending waves in the ocean

Tussles keep happening

With no end in sight

We better learn to swim

Better plan to weather the conflicts

Going on feeding the hapless millions

By channelizing all resources

Fed by the good will, kind heartedness

Feeling the sufferings of poor as our own

Showing to the world we are humans

Not war greedy, money avaricious monsters, Yea!

All are born to live not to starve and suffer

Don’t force them to flee from their loving countries

to land in uncertainties across the borders

Poverty , hunger will be gone if only ….

We shed not idle tears, we spring into action
Till then eradicating poverty, hunger, penury et.al.,
will be unfinished agenda remaining on paper
Let us raise up for real, plan, execute, feed
to see the poverty, hunger out of the world, Amen!
