My little jolly sweeties

Come, come take your food

Puppy for you bread slice and biscuits

Kitty for you milk and rice

Have them and continue

Puppy and kitty you are one in our family

Puppy you accompany me wherever I go

Climbing on me licking me fondly

Puppy you grow into a lovely dog to keep

Protecting me, giving me company

Kitty you jump high, go places

Still you materialise when I call you

Start eating something asking a bite to eat

Your furry skin so soft to touch,

You close your eyes when I pat you dearly

Puppy and kitty you sit where we sit

At times even together as friends

Who said puppy and are foes?

My sweeties you aid us at home

Showing your valuable presence to cherish

Need to take care of you

Nourish you, keep in good health

I shall do my best to Aid you

To pay back your aid in kind
