Reflecting
my angry mood
Battering
rain came down heavily
In
the night lashing in fury
The
soil, the buildings, flora
and
fauna, aggressive rain!
Electricity
snapped
The
lights went out
Still
the sound of rain
Announced
the falling rain around
For
an hour or so shohoooo!!!!!!
The
electricity came back
The
lights flickered back to life
The
tell tale of battering rain was on the
Ground,
rivulets running on the streets
The
summer air cooling to a pleasant degree
Aggressive
rain yet benign
To
the dried up ground waters
Giving
it a boost, so beneficial
To
the farming agricultural fields
To
make crops, food to eat, survive
Reflecting
the cooled atmosphere
My
anger too cooled down
Lifting
the sentiments and spirits high
Such
aggression is needed indeed
For
welcome changes around, cheers!
