100 kilometre perimetered city and a tiny village

100 kilometre perimetered city
Knit by joining several areas, several places,
Big Big buildings
Sprawling  big big roads
Speeding countless vehicles
Helter shelter running citizens

Wow wow what a city, what a city
Like amazement no longer holds sway
No longer enamoured by the empty vastness
No means a heaven by all means a living hell
Pushing the living conditions to lowly extremes
Forcing a mechanical life with no time to spare

Some hundred kilometres away
There lies a tiny village
Nestling in nature lush green fields
Surrounding the paradise on Earth
Just foot paths, mud roads
Very free to move about with no jostling

A cool, clean  air to breathe
Clear healthy water to drink
A far cry from the maddening hell city
Shrouded in calm, serene settings
Inducing a yearning to go there, be there
A lucky oasis to happen in dry battered life
